Ruth’s entire life has been driven by a strong force for healing and her own experiences greatly informs her work and ability to deeply facilitate others.

Formerly a professional dancer, she is a 500hr+ yoga teacher and is particularly interested in sharing the philosophical tradition within the framework of physical practice to cultivate heartfelt awareness, self-acceptance and compassion.

She is passionate about empowering people to live full and vibrant lives.
